The movement standards for the Summer Shakedown were filmed today. Billy, Daniel, Katie, and I had a great time putting it all together and we all know that the Shakedown is gonna rock!! I also had an awesome meeting this evening in regards to the WOD GEAR Team Series and that event is going to be incredible as well. Everyone is on the same page. The WOD’s are awesome and the venue, well it’s the freaking Rose Bowl! Spectators are free at both events with awesome athletes, and vendors to keep your attention. Get your popcorn ready folks cause both events are going to be a heck of a show!
