A very happy birthday goes out to Carrie Pon and Jamie Cipriani! Both have very unique stories in how them came to us. Carrie has been around the community for a while. We used to always see her throwing down at various Shakedowns and Precision-run competitions before she decided to join us last year. Jamie, on the other hand, has been a private client of Coach Mike since before Precision CrossFit was even a thought. She is a friend of the Tromello family and a beloved O.G. member of Precision, when she makes it in :).

I have watched them both grow tremendously while at Precision. Carrie put up some very impressive scores for TEAM PRECISION in the open. A few of her scores actually would have counted towards the Team’s overall if Chrissy had gotten her invite. I think this is an awesome accomplishment at a gym stacked with high-level female athletes. It just goes to show you the tremendous athlete that Carrie is. She is definitely a Precision girl through and through. Jamie, on the other hand, could lift in any Masters weightlifting event if she truly wanted to, and she would kick ass. She has strength, coordination, and a natural athletic ability…mix in that she is the sweetest person in the world and you have one bad ass lady. A very happy birthday to you both and we certainly hope you enjoyed your days!
