A very happy birthday goes out to Shaun Kaye and Andy Pappalau! Both these guys are big parts of Precision in their own individual ways. Shaun with his lifting prowess, and calm demeanor. He is a tremendous power lifter who demonstrated to us all his persistence upon recovering from his Bicep tendon rupture. I have a ton of respect for this guy. I love coaching him and can’t wait to see him on that competition floor again. Andy on the other hand is an exceptional human being. He CrossFit’s to stay healthy always throws down in class on a regular basis. Andy is extremely warm hearted even opening up his home to the gym for our Summer barbecue. Andy is as good as they come and a huge reason why the Wall of Blue is so strong. Have a wonderful birthday boys, Enjoy!
