We’re going trick-or-treating!
For Time:
10 houses (stations). 31 reps of each exercise. 200m Run to get to each house, carrying your candy bag (medicine ball).
  1. Ground to Overhead (75/55)
  2. Burpee Medicine Ball Jump-Overs
  3. Front-racked Lunges
  4. Assault Bike cals (men do 35)
  5. Hang Squat Cleans
  6. SA Devil Presses (50/35)
  7. Push Presses
  8. Rowing cals (men do 35)
  9. Thrusters
  10. Burpee Medicine Ball Jump Overs
After last burpee: optional 400m run home
