It was one heck of a Labor Day weekend kick started by Precision CrossFit’s first family dinner night at the Farah household. This included some awesome food, drink, and good times for the community members that were able to make it. Not to worry if you missed it, we will be having many more in the future. It is a terrific way to bond and spend time with one another. Family dinner night will rotate from home to home so feel free to contact Mike or Greg if you want to host one!
Saturday was equally a fun morning as our team wod was brought back in full effect with 15 people taking part in the action. It was awesome to get back to it as we spent most of August occupied with a list of several events that got us away from this fun time everyone looks forward to. It was nice to be able to get back after it. I find it such a joy to watch people come together in order to complete a workout. It’s another great way to bond with your community.
On Sunday, we had our Labor Day weekend bbq at the Smiley residence. Greg and his wife Julie are always the best hosts. Everyone had a ton of fun in the sun. We all got our drink and swim on and chilled with each other throughout the day and into the evening. It was a blast and really cool to see so many faces show up to have some fun. Our community is forever growing and it is always nice to witness everyone interact and talk about something other than CrossFit even if it only may last a short while.
Monday was a blast for our labor day wod as we were blessed with two packed classes. Everyone was excited to take on the “Kraken” giving it their all for 17 minutes. Some even went past the cap determined as heck to finish the workout. Labor day was a super cool and fun day. The gym had a ton of energy inside it with everyone pulling for one another. It was apparent that many had become closer over the weekend’s events, which made Monday that much more fun for us all.
Labor Day weekend was a great time for Precision CrossFit. We have seen out community grow exponentially over the past few months. It was nice to get a chance to welcome some of our newer members to our family and for everyone to get to know each other better. Precision CrossFit will always be about our workouts but it is nothing without our community. To many more good times ahead! Cheers! Fitness-Strength-Community
