DORI

Dori walked into Precision a couple of months ago, new to the area. She wanted to try CrossFit and heard from her friends that it was a great way to make new friends. Dori began to quickly pick up the essential movements needed to succeed, all while becoming a staple in the 6:30 pm classes. In just the short time she has been with us, she has raised her squat to 100lbs! As you all know, Dori is not very big, so this lift is almost more than her body weight! She has quickly picked up the lifts and we have literally watched her get stronger every week. All her lifts have gone up, and she has one heck of motor pushing through some very tough workouts. She is one tough cookie, and always looks like she is doing every WOD effortlessly, even though we all know it is pushing her limits. Once Dori’s technique improves, and she becomes more comfortable with her movements, she will be a gymnastic phenom! I have been a fan Dori’s from the moment I began working with her. She is a quick learner, and is just awesome to be around. She has made many friends since joining Precision, and I know she will make many more. Look for Dori in the 6:30pm classes and say hi! Keep kicking ass girl! Fitness-Stength-Community
