We would like to recognize two of our newer athlete’s here at Precision CrossFit, Stephanie Saindon and Heather Kaneen. These two came to us a few months back itching for a great CrossFit experience. You could tell they were excited, yet terrified for the new endeavour that they were about to take on. However, they took on everything in stride and always with smiles on their faces. They have put in the extra time to further their understanding of the CrossFit movments and it is definetly paying off. They wanted to get in the best shape of their lives and are definitely on track to do so. Yet, what makes them special is their attitudes. They really do not understand what the word quit means. They put everything into each workout and always surprise themselves at what they are able to accomplish. The signed up for the Open and attempted to do every wod RX’D. Regardless of how far they got they pushed themselves striving to always become better. Two weeks ago they competed in the Scaled Division of the C.A.L. Competition and once again they took on 3 brutal wods demonstrating a ton of heart and commitment. It was awesome to see them step outside their comfort zones and compete in front of a ton of people and once again with smiles on their faces, well some of the time, hahaha. They are an amazing power couple who do everything together and we are pleased that they call Precision CrossFit their home. Here is to them accomplishing everything that they set their minds to. If you see them say hi! Great job you two!
