50 Sit Ups
50 Push Ups
50 Double Unders (FIT = 100 SU)
*All Air Squats to a Med-Ball, Sit Ups touching the shoulders blades to ground and hands touching the top of the toes must occur, and on Push Ups your feet must be elevated on a 45# plate.
**If you don’t have this equipment, do your best with what you got.
