On-Ramp Course #4 (Snatch Series) will be held on Wed 4/25 at 4:30 PM. You will learn the basics of the Snatch Lift and Overhead Squat.
On-Ramp Course #5 (Jerk Series) will be held on Fri 4/27 at 5:30 PM. You will learn the basics of the Shoulder Press and Jerk lifts.
On-Ramp Course #6 (Gymnastics Series) will be held on Sat 4/28 at 9:00 AM. You will learn the basics of CrossFit Gymnastics.
These On-Ramp classes are required for all members who are new to CrossFit. Complete all 6 classes and you will be ready to participate in any and all of our regular classes.
