“As I once again go to sleep too late b/c of the olympics I have to say, although I am in awe of the athletes, I think the coaches don’t get enough recognition. A good coach can make or break an athlete. I am as far from an athlete as I think you can get spending most of my life reading instead. But 2 years ago at 49 my crossfit coach Mike Tromello called me a natural athlete. I had never heard those words in the same sentence as my name before and it has forever changed how I think about myself. Although I have been sidelined by injuries and other things I can’t wait till I can get back in the gym. Here is a shout out to all the coaches out there who have made Olympic Athlete’s dreams come true!”

Just goes to show you how words of encouragement can stick with someone. You may never know what it is you said or when you said it, but your words are powerful. Always stay positive and show your support for one another. Thank you Jamie for you words they are truly touching.
