Saturdays are my favorite days at the gym. Nothing like waking up in the morning and heading to the box to workout with 20-30 of your closest friends. The gym has been packed the last few weekend’s with good vibes and even better people. Lets throwdown this weekend together again and start preparing for those big summer team competitions. Even if you’re not competing it’s still a great time as there is nothing like getting pushed by a team of your favorite people cheering you on to do well. That is what our community is all about!
