Then:

WOD: (Teams of 2)

P1: 400m Run, P2: 1.2k/1k Bike
*then switch
40 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
30 Power Clean and Jerks (155/105)
20 Wall Walks
P1: 400m Run, P2: 1.2k/1k Bike
*then switch
40 Box Jump Overs
30 Squat Clean and Jerks
20 BMU (sub = 40 c2b pull ups)
*Workout Flow:
Partner 1 will run while partner 2 bikes. Once partners finish they will both switch. Partner 1 will bike while partner 2 runs.
